Aled joined CelSian as a CFD engineer in 2024. He holds a PhD in CFD simulations of electrolytic hydrogen bubbles and is passionate about bubble behaviour and Marangoni flows.

Jeff has experience in developing and implementing a global standard for furnace operations, as well as researching raw materials to increase troubleshooting glass quality issues and reduce costs. He joined CelSian as Operational Projects Leader in 2024.
